Apart from the accomodation facilities listed in the about page to be offered at the hotel, we have added a new spacious and executive wing christened the 'Queens' Cottage. This will rise on three (3) levels and encompasses 9 suites, escort rooms, conference and meeting rooms all penthouse class and equipped with modern technology.
Besides accomodation, we plan to set up a one-stop shopping complex set on a spacious 4500 sq. metre area, to accomodate over 100 rentable world class shops with facilities such as a food court, upholstery, grocery, gift store, games department with a kids' corner and office space all made to blend with leisure musical water fountains, fish ponds, open air glass roof designs in a typical dry land mall and beach environment.
We will also offer a moderh hi-tech gym and fitness centre with salons, games rooms, restaurants overlooking rolling hills and an olympic sized swimming pool.There will be two pools; public pool set infront of the health club and gym with sunbathing and waterslide facilities overlooking the valley. The 2nd pool,( private) is already set as a broken river, shaped like a clover leaf with falls, waterslide,island and bridges flowing over 100m sunbathing area incl.a thatched timber pole barbecue point and bar, sunbathing terrace with Lake Victoria view set in mature gardens.
The facility will also upon completion offer an ultra modern conference facility with a seating capacity of over 10,000 people comprising of three (3) mini-conference halls and the main conference hall set on three levels.
